Frequently Asked Questions How often should my house be cleaned?
 
We do recommend to people that an external house wash is performed every year or two at the least. This does however depend on the amount of sunlight the house gets, and if the property is in a damp area. Properties in Humid areas such as The Brazos Valley are subject to high mold growth and they really need to be done once per annum. Also mold spores are a trigger for people with asthma and allergies.

What if I do Have Allergies, Won't the Cleaning Solution cause issues?
The materials used are 100% safe. They are also non toxic, non flammable, biodegradable and completely natural.. A mold and spider treatment is added into the solution sprayed onto the house to slow down their return.
